L.I.F.E. Program National Sites
The L.I.F.E. Program® is a health enhancement and wellness counseling program that includes group sessions and individual health counseling. Sessions are conducted by mental health professionals, health educators, or social workers, and assisted by peer counselors.
Through health education based on the latest medical research, individual work, group processes, and individual health counseling sessions, participants gain the knowledge, motivation, skills, and support necessary to make health-supporting changes to improve their health.
Currently, the L.I.F.E. Program® is available in various American cities (see list below). If you are interested in attending one of these programs, please use the contact information below to inquire about the next program start dates, how to register, etc.

| Participant Testimonial |
"21 years ago, AIDS stole my hopes and dreams.
Then the L.I.F.E. Program gave me life again.
I saw my T-cells rise above 400 for the first time since my diagnosis. Now I get to help others do the same. "
Michael, L.I.F.E. Graduate and peer facilitator
