The Shanti National Training Institute (SNTI) primarily serves people who work as leaders of volunteers. SNTI provides training and technical assistance addressing a broad range of topics related to volunteer management, and offers a unique values-based perspective.

We address our nation's need for increased numbers of volunteers to serve those in need of individual and community support. SNTI works with groups serving the frail elderly; individuals living with cancer, Alzheimer's disease, HIV/AIDS, and other illnesses; the homeless; and many others.
