Pre-workshop Needs Assessment

Even before the workshop convenes, a strong connection is created between each participant and the In The Spirit Of Service trainers.

In the weeks preceeding an In The Spirit Of Service workshop, SNTI trainers conduct a consultation call with each workshop participant. These 45-minute conversations enable participants to clarify questions and explore goals. The conversations offer SNTI trainers the opportunity to become familiar with participants' organizations, and to assess specific needs. Each training session can then be tailored to address the group's needs.
