LGBTQ+ AGING & ABILITIES SUPPORT NETWORK (LAASN)

LAASN provides compassionate supportive services that help counteract isolation and emotional, behavioral, and health challenges faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer older adults and adults with disabilities.

Our services are designed to provide:

  • Emotional and practical support through care navigation, peer support groups, and Shanti Peer Support Volunteers.
  • Client advocacy to assist with navigation through the social service system.
  • Social and wellness programming to support and enhance the emotional and behavioral well-being of our program participants.

For more information, please contact Eric Sutter, Senior Director of Programs, by email.

The LGBTQ+ Aging & Abilities Support Network is made possible by funding from the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) and the Metta Fund.
