Patricia started her career in the for-profit sector and worked internationally in Latin America and Algeria. For the past 20 years she has worked in the non-profit sector in youth development, education, women’s cancer, and job creation for small to medium sized organizations up to $50 million in revenue. As a CFO she has been responsible for finance, human resources, information technology and facilities. Her focus is to build the internal capacity of an organization to be efficient, effective, and leveraged while developing and implementing strategic initiatives, providing financial leadership and fiscal oversight, scaling systems and processes, and building highly productive teams. Her passion for excellence, curiosity, compassion, and the advancement of the individual and communities has been the cornerstone of her work. Patricia holds a BBS in Accounting from the University of New Mexico and a MA in Culture and Spirituality from Holy Names University.
